Home Staging

     Do you want to sell your home faster and for top dollar? In order to appeal to the largest number of buyers and receive multiple competitive offers, homes must be staged to sell.

Occupied staging service:
     We offer a comprehensive walk-and-talk consultation during which we fill out a staging checklist and provide detailed recommendations. You can then decide whether you'd like to tackle the staging yourself or let us handle the work for you.
      You can choose either a half day or full day of staging depending on the amount work needed in the home. We use as much of your existing furniture and decor as possible but may bring some staging accessories to complete the look.

Consultation fee   $200 (2-3 hrs)
Staging 1/2 day  $400 (4 hrs)
Staging full day    $800 (8 hrs)
>8 hrs of work      $100/hr rate
Accessories          Buy:10% mark-up

Vacant staging service:
     For vacant homes, we can install furniture and accessories in the entire house or just the main areas. Consultation is complimentary.

Staging fee (flat fee):
Main areas: $1000 (living room,      master, kitchen and dining room)
Entire home:$1500 for <2000 sq ft
                  $2000 for 2000-3000 sq ft
                  $3000 for >3000 sq ft
Rental fee (60 days): To be determined after consultation (depends on number of rooms, luxury level and amount of furniture needed)

Home organization service: $50/hr

 

Holiday/seasonal decor

     The holidays are a wonderful time for gathering with family and friends but preparing your home for guests can be exhausting. We can reduce some of the stress of the holidays by decorating your home for you so you can relax and enjoy.
     Whether it's Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, 4th of July or any other major holiday, we can turn your home into an inviting space to entertain and gather with those you love.
     We can use your existing holiday decorations or select and purchase new ones depending on your budget and preferences.

Decorating fees

Vacation rental redesign

We can fully furnish and equip an empty home or re-decorate an already furnished home using as much of your existing furniture and decor as possible.
     We review our project plan with you including all design boards and involve you in every step of the process to ensure you are satisfied with the final look of the home.
     We provide you with a shoppable list for all furniture and accessories included in the design. Or we can do the shopping for you if you prefer. Once all items are purchased and delivered we schedule an installation date.

      We offer re-design/decorating services for any room or area of your home, whether it's indoor or outdoor. We provide a design plan based on your personal style, preferences and needs. We involve you in every step of the process to ensure the final product is the room of your dreams.
     All design boards are reviewed and approved by you before any design work is performed.
     We work within your budget and schedule. We are committed to creating spaces that are customized to the client and make a house truly feel like a home.

E-Design

     E-Design is perfect for those homeowners who enjoy DIY projects but need some assistance with interior design (furniture selections, layout, color and decor choices).
     Contact us to discuss your design project. We then e-mail you a client questionnaire to fill out.
     You can select pictures from Pinterest, Houzz or any home decor catalog that reflect your personal style and share them with us so we can better understand your preferences​. 
     Based on your questionnaire answers and the inspiration photos provided, we'll create a design mood board.
     Once you approve the design, we will provide you with a list of shoppable links for the furniture and all accessories needed.
