Home Staging

     Do you want to sell your home faster and for top dollar? In order to appeal to the right type of buyers and get the highest return on your investment, homes must be staged to sell.

Occupied staging service:
     We offer a comprehensive 2-3 hour walk-and-talk consultation and provide detailed recommendations in a staging report. You can then decide whether you'd like to tackle the staging yourself or let us handle the work for you.
      You can choose either a half day or full day of staging depending on the amount work needed in the home. We use as much of your existing furniture and decor as possible but may bring some staging accessories to complete the look.

Consultation fee   $200 (2-3 hrs)
Staging 1/2 day  $400 (4 hrs)
Staging full day    $800 (8 hrs)

Vacant staging service:
     For vacant homes, we can install furniture and accessories in the entire house or just the main areas. Consultation is complimentary.

Staging fee (flat fee)
Main areas:   $1500 (living room,      master bedroom, kitchen and dining room)
Entire home:   $2000 (<2000 sq ft)
                    $2500 (2000-4000 sq ft)
                    $3000 (>4000 sq ft)
Rental fee      To be determined after consultation (depends on number of rooms and amount of furniture needed)

 

Holiday/seasonal decor

     The holidays are a wonderful time for gathering with family and friends but preparing your home for guests can be exhausting. We can reduce some of the stress of the holidays by decorating your home for you so you can relax and enjoy.

     Whether it's Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, 4th of July or any other major holiday, we can turn your home into an inviting space to entertain and gather with those you love.

     We can use your existing holiday decorations or select and purchase new ones depending on your budget and preferences.

Special event decorating (birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, etc) is also available upon request. Call us for a quote.                          

E-Design

     E-Design is perfect for homeowners who enjoy DIY projects but need some assistance with interior design (furniture selections, layout, color and decor choices).
     Give us a call to discuss your design project. We then e-mail you a client questionnaire to fill out.
     Next, you select pictures from Pinterest, Houzz or any of your favorite home decor magazines that reflect the design style(s) you prefer and share them with us​. 
     Based on your questionnaire answers and inspiration photos we'll create a design mood board and room layout plan.
     Once you approve the design, we will provide you with a list of shoppable links for the furniture and all accessories needed.
     If you have any questions about furniture placement or installation, you can contact us at no extra charge.

Vacation rental redesign

     Do you want to make your vacation home stand out from the rest? Are you having trouble getting consistent bookings? Would you like better online pictures for your listing?
     We can turn your Florida rental into a fun and relaxing place for families to enjoy their Disney vacation and create amazing memories. When people have a great experience in a home, they'll continue to book year after year and recommend it to their friends, coworkers and relatives.
     Whether you need to redesign a few rooms or redecorate the entire house we are here to help. We customize the design to your specific preferences and work within your budget. We can fully furnish and equip an empty home or re-decorate an already furnished home using as much of your existing furniture and decor as possible.
     We review our design plan with you including all design boards and room layouts and involve you in every step of the process to ensure you are satisfied with the final look of the home.
     We provide you with a shoppable list for all furniture and accessories included in the design. Or we can do the shopping for you if you prefer. Once all items are purchased and delivered we schedule an installation date.

Small business decor

     When a customer enters your office or business, first impressions truly matter. Besides a good service and a good product, the right decor can create a welcoming environment that makes your customers want to return. A clean, organized & well decorated space portrays attention to detail and professionalism.
     We offer re-design/decorating services for both indoor and outdoor spaces in your business. We customize the design plan according to your preferences and needs. We can fully furnish an empty space or re-decorate an already furnished business using as much of your existing furniture and decor as possible. We involve you in every step of the process to ensure the final product is both pleasing to you and your customers.
     We provide you with a shoppable list for all furniture and accessories needed. Or we can do the shopping for you if you prefer. Once all items are purchased and delivered we schedule an installation date.

Online staging consultation

     We offer online staging consultations as an alternative to our traditional walk-and-talk consultations.
     First, you create a video tour of your home (including every room in the house and all outdoor spaces). You can send us a link to the video by e-mail from your Google Drive, Drop Box or YouTube account. Shorter videos can be sent via text.
     After reviewing the video, we'll generate a detailed staging report with checklists and recommendations for every room of your home and e-mail it to you.
     We can then schedule a video chat via Google Meet , Skype or Zoom to go over the report and answer any questions you may have.

Online consultation fee: $100
Accessory Shopping list : $50

If after the consultation you would like us to tackle the work for you, we can schedule a 1/2 day or a full day of staging. (See the home staging section for pricing).

Residential redesign

     Would you like to re-decorate your home but don't have the time and patience to do so? Are there areas in your home that are not functional and need to be re-configured? Do you need to create home offices for remote work and learning? Or do you just want to modernize and update an existing space?
      We offer re-design/decorating services for any room or area of your home, whether it's indoor or outdoor. We provide a design plan based on your personal style, preferences and needs. We involve you in every step of the process to ensure the final product is the room of your dreams.
     All design boards and room layouts are reviewed and approved by you before any design work is performed.
     We work within your budget and schedule. We are committed to creating spaces that are customized to the client and make a house truly feel like a home.
     We can use or re-purpose any of the furniture or decor you already own so you only purchase what is needed.
     We provide you with a shoppable list for all furniture and accessories included in the design. Or we can do the shopping for you if you prefer. Once all items are purchased and delivered we schedule an installation date.

Cosmetic improvements

     To complement redesign/staging projects, we offer several cosmetic improvements for your home or business.
     We pressure-wash pathways, driveways, pool areas and siding.
      We trim bushes, mow the lawn, add tree bark and plant flowers as needed to improve curb appeal.
      We provide paint color recommendations for your home (walls, ceiling, trim) with our color consultation services.
      If you need to replace outdated light fixtures we can install new track lighting, modern chandeliers or new ceiling fans to give your home or business a fresh new look.

     Do you need help organizing your garage, bookshelves, kitchen cabinets, pantry, office, closets or any other space in your home?

     Did you just move into a new home and don't know where to start?

     We can help you declutter your home and maximize storage space with our professional organizing services.

     Eliminating clutter helps create a more clean, open and spacious feel in a home. It also improves the functionality of your storage spaces. In an organized space you can access and find your items quicker and perform tasks more efficiently.

     Call us to schedule a consultation and discuss your home organization needs. Since every project is different we charge an hourly fee instead of a flat fee.
